Every single piece of beautiful art that you purchase from us, will be handmade in the USA and shipped promptly! We take an average of 5 days for processing of the canvas. Shipping can range from 5-14 days thereafter for domestic orders. For exact estimates, please check the chart below:

Simply put, a maximum time frame of 7 days for most digital orders and 21 days for most canvas and poster orders. During Holiday times such as Christmas, there may be slightly delayed shipments. If we have address issues, we always reach out to customers for confirmation. Thus, in rare circumstances, it may take a few days longer.
We are currently working on setting up quicker/expedited shipping methods!

We cannot guarantee the same time frame for canvases and posters on international orders. For international customers it is best to order a digital copy and print it out at your local printing store or Walmart. International canvas orders may take anywhere from 14-30 days from the date your order was placed.
International Customers (outside of the USA) are responsible for paying customs duties/taxes/VAT to their individual governments when the product arrives at their destination country.
Very rarely, products get lost in transit! When they do, it's up to you to notify us so we can help you out! Please REACH OUT if this ever happens. We'll do everything we can for you. Reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

- If your product shows that it has been delivered, but you haven't received your package, please contact us immediately! We will help out in every way that we can. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Processing/Production of Art
- On average processing takes 4-7 business days. These products are uniquely designed by our artist team according to order and are high quality and thus take time to produce.
- Delays may occur based on orders being placed on holidays or weekends.
- Packages will arrive within the estimated time stated above after it has been processed.
- If there are any shipping or processing delays on your order, we will notify you as quickly as possible to ensure customer satisfaction.
- We do not have this option available because we have to hand make every single product. Time constraints simply do not allow for next day delivery.
- For International Orders please allow some extra time since orders frequently get held up in Customs. This is no fault of ours or the shipping company. This is up to each individual country's government.
- We DO NOT offer refunds for any reason while products are IN TRANSIT. We will of course always work with you once you receive the products or before we ship them!
We work very hard to incorporate your features while also including the anime details and characteristics. Due to the fact that everything is customized, we cannot accept any cancellation requests after 24 Hours of placing your order.
If the merchandise is damaged or broken, we will provide a replacement product. We only request that you share an image of the damaged product so we can share it with our printing company.
